This is our last week of unofficial practice!! Make sure you make it to practice to maintain your consistency and continue to build on our fitness levels

This week
Monday - 45 minutes easy plus 5*75m sprints plus Core work
Tuesday - Group Workout, Shiffler park 5:30pm
Wednesday - 45 minutes easy plus 5*75m sprints plus Core work
Thursday - Group Workout, BHS Track 5:30pm
Friday - easy 25 minutes running
Saturday - Group long Run 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday - Rest day
