BHS Distance week of 2/16/2026

Two weeks till the start of the season!! Make sure you have signed up through parent view. Make sure that your sports physical is up to date - they are good for 2 years. Makes sure your shoes are in good shape. A pair of shoes is only good for about 1 season. They might look OK but the foam breaks down and this can contribute to lower leg and foot issues.

We will meet at 4:30 again on Thursday as we have a coaches meeting at 6:30

This weeks plan

Monday - 45 to 60 mins easy PLUS 4*75m strides+ Core work
Tuesday - Group Workout - Shiffler Park - 5:30pm
Wednesday - 45 to 60 mins easy PLUS 4*75m strides+ Core work
Thursday - Group Workout - BHS Track - 4:30pm
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Group long Run - 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday - 15 to 25 mins very easy
