UPDATE*BHS - Winter Distance - week of 02/09/2026

*PRACTICE WILL BE AT 4:30 tomorrow

We have three weeks of winter workouts remaining!! If you have not been coming along to the workouts, if you start now, you will be in much better shape come the start of the season!! Consistency matters, so come along this week and get started.

For everyone - make you sure you have actually signed up - you can do this through the regular sign up process.

This weeks plan

Monday - 45 to 60 mins easy PLUS 4*75m strides+ Core work
Tuesday - Group Workout - Shiffler Park - 5:30pm
Wednesday - 45 to 60 mins easy PLUS 4*75m strides+ Core work
Thursday - Group Workout - BHS Track - 5:30pm
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Group long Run - 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday - 15 to 25 mins very easy
