You will be seeded based on what time you think you can run right now. The goal is to push yourself so don’t hold back on what you think you can run.

11:15-20 Girls should arrive about this time or earlier so they are ready for check in
11:30 All Girls Check in (we will create exact cut offs for heats at this point)
12:30pm GIRLS HEAT 1 (Historically this is anyone over 11:00)
12:45pm GIRLS HEAT 2 (faster heat) (Historically faster than 10:59)
12:00 Boys Check in (we will create exact cut offs for heats at this point)
1:00pm BOYS HEAT 1
1:15pm BOYS HEAT 2
1:30pm BOYS HEAT 3
1:45pm BOYS HEAT 4 (fastest heat)

There should be porta potties on site

We aim to have heat sizes of 20-25 athletes. Numbers may end up being smaller than in previous years.


year, all the local schools come together for an unofficial time trial where everyone can test themselves and see where their fitness stands halfway through the winter. This years time trial will be on Saturday. The location has yet to be determined, but it will be local. As soon as i know the location i will post it. I encourage everyone who has been working out this winter to come out and see how well they are progressing.

There will be no official results, and you can NOT wear any school uniform. Please let me know on Tuesday if you want to race.

Additionally, there is a 1 mile opportunity for girls on February 28th at Lincoln High school. Again, if you would like to run in this event - there will be official results, please let me know.
