Really strong workouts last week and I look forward to keeping the momentum and consistency up with another week this week!

Another couple days off of school- take advantage of the extra rest! As it's another no school day - push the time a little - up to an hour and add in some strides at the end of the run.
Monday - up top 60 minutes easy running - 5*75m-100m Strides
Tuesday - Group workout 4:30pm @ Shiffler park
Wednesday - 45 to 55 minutes easy running - 5*75m- 100m Strides
Thursday - Group workout 4:30pm @ BHS Track - Bring Spikes
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Group long Run. 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday - easy 20 to 25 mins of running
