BHS - Winter Distance - week of 01/19/2026

With Monday a day off school - take advantage of the great weather we are seeing and get your run done in the sunshine. As it's a no school day - push the time a little - up to an hour and add in some strides at the end of the run. I will not be at practice on Saturday, but the youth team coaches will be on site so if you get together as a group, there will be coaches there to watch your gear

Monday - up top 60 minutes easy running - 5*75m Strides
Tuesday - Group workout 5:30pm @ Shiffler park
Wednesday - 50 to 55 minutes easy running - 5*75m Strides
Thursday - Group workout 5:30pm @ BHS Track - Bring Spikes
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Group long Run. 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday - easy 20 to 25 mins of running.
