It looks like it's going to be dryer this week!!

The week ahead looks like this

Monday - 50 to 55 minutes easy running
Tuesday - Group workout 5:30pm @ Shiffler park
Wednesday - 50 to 55 minutes easy running
Thursday - Group workout 5:30pm @ BHS Track - Bring Spikes
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Group long Run. 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday - easy 20 to 25 mins of running.
