Happy new year!! We are less than 60 days away from the start of the spring track season. If you have not been running or working out, there is still time to get in great shape for the 2026 season, but you have to start now and you have to be consistent. It is very tough to be consistent when it's dark, cold, and raining but building habits now, will mean you have a spring track season full of new PR's
Distance runners plan for this week
Monday - 45 to 55 minutes easy. Add in a core session to finish
Tuesday - Group workout - 5:30pm @ Shiffler park
Wednesday - 45 to 55 minutes easy. Add in a core session to finish
Thursday - Group workout - 5:30pm @ BHS Track
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Group long run - 8:30am @ 160th and Village Lane
Sunday - easy running for 20 mins
