BHS - Winter Distance - week of 12/29/2025

A small modification for this week. We will not meet as a group on Tuesday. I am taking this week off! We will next meet as a group on Tuesday January 6th.

Monday - 12/29/2025 - 45 to 50 mins easy plus core work
Tuesday -Hard Work out - 45 to 55 mins running including 12 to 15 x 1 min of fast running with one minute easy in between
Wednesday - 40 to 50 mins easy plus core work
Thursday - Rest day
Friday - 45 to 55 mins running including 5 to 7 x 4 mins of fast running with two minutes easy in between
Saturday - Long Run 75 to 85 Mins
Sunday - Rest day
