BHS - Winter Distance - Week of 12/22/2025

we have had a really good start to our winter build up and the next two weeks will be somewhat modified to allow for plenty of holiday celebrating! We will meet as a group just 1 day this week and 1 day next week. Please let me know via email ianiag@hotmail.com if you are not going to make it to practice.

The holiday season makes it very tough to be consistent with training, but if you always plan to just do something, regardless how short it may seem, something is better than nothing. I am sending you a guide below for the next two weeks - do what you can.

Monday - 12/22/2025 - 45 to 50 mins easy plus core work
Tuesday - Group workout - BHS Track 5:30pm
Wednesday - 25 to 35 mins easy
Thursday - rest day
Friday - 45 to 55 mins running including 5 x 3 mins of fast running with two minutes easy in between
Saturday - Long run - 75 mins +/- easy relaxed talking pace
Sunday - Rest day
Monday - 12/29/2025 - 45 to 50 mins easy plus core work
Tuesday - Group workout - BHS Track 5:30pm
Wednesday - 40 to 50 mins easy plus core work
Thursday - Rest day
Friday - 45 to 55 mins running including 3 x 7 mins of fast running with three minutes easy in between
Saturday - Long Run 75 to 85 Mins
Sunday - Rest day
