BHS Distance - Week of 12/15/25

Week three - the first two weeks have seen an amazing turn out - 15 people working out - lets see if we can get that number up to 20!! bring along your friends that re going to do track this spring.

The plan for the week

Monday - 45 to 50 mins easy plus 4*80m fast strides
Tuesday - Group Workout - Shiffler Park 5:30pm
Wednesday - 45 to 50 mins easy running plus 8 minutes of core work
Thursday - Group Workout - BHS Track - 5:30pm
Friday Rest day
Saturday - Group run - 8:30am 160th and Village Lane
Sunday - Rest day
