Group workouts start this week!! I have a commitment this Saturday so we will only meet as a group two times, but you are all more than welcome to get together as a team and do a long run this weekend as well.
Schedule for this week
Monday - 20 to 40 mins easy running - add in some core and a few strides to finish.
Tuesday - Group workout day - Shiffler Park - 5:30pm meet at the picnic shelter on the Erickson side of the park
Wednesday - 20 to 40 mins easy running - add in some core
Thursday - Track workout - 5:30pm Beaverton High School Track
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Long Run - 45 to 60 mins easy running
Sunday - Rest day
