BHS - Distance runners - winter workouts week of 11/24/25

I hope you all were able to start getting some miles under your belt this past week. We will have another week of easy running before we start meeting up for hard workouts.
This week
Again - run as you feel, without a watch, and just try to add a bit more distance over what you did last week
This week, i would like you to run -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Take Thursday as a rest day, then run Friday and Saturday, and have Sunday as a rest day.
Some of you will have committed to a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving day. If you, follow this plan
Run Monday and Tuesday, rest Wednesday, Run Thursday Friday Saturday and take Sunday as a rest day.
The first week of December we will start meeting as a group for hard workouts
