BHS - cross country/Track - Winter Training

Now that the season is over, you can take a few weeks of rest before we start our winter workout season.
The winter is the time to build fitness so that you hit the ground running for the start of the spring track season. Being consistent through the winter is what's needed for a successful spring track season.
Starting November 15th I will be sending out weekly plans to build up the workload so everyone is ready to start our group workouts - we start group workouts in the first week of December.
We will meet three times a week - two workouts and one long run - but I will send each Sunday of how much additional running you should be doing.
Take the next couple of weeks as easy days and rest days and then we will start our program on 11/15
