This is our final week and our final race is Wednesday. We will have practice on Thursday and i will be at the school to collect uniform on Friday. You must return all items that you were issued. Failure to return all items will result in a $50 charge per item on your school account.

We have our pre-metro team dinner on Tuesday and we will have an end of team team get together to celebrate the season and had our Varsity letters (Date to be announced).

This week:

Monday 10/27 – easy run day plus core
Tuesday – 10/28 – Pre-race day. Post practice at 6pm – Team dinner at the Beaverton Food Carts
Wednesday 10/29 – METRO CHAMPS
Thursday – 10/30 – Group run & gear return
Friday – 10/31 – Gear return
