3:40 - JV Boys
4:15 - Varsity Girls
4:45 - Varsity Boys
5:30 - Awards

Course clean up - No athlete can leave until we have our section of the course cleaned up and after the awards have been presented. Please do not ask to lease early.

Week of 10/27 - We will meet each day.
Monday - Easy run with some fast track reps to finish
Tuesday pre-race
Wednesday - Metro champs
Thursday - Group run - recovery _ Athlete of the meet award
Friday - Uniform Return
