BHS - Cross Country - the last two weeks of the season

The season is starting to wrap up. We have one dual meet and then our metro champs on the next two Wednesdays. In the run up to the metro champs we will be adjusting our workout plan to allow for maximum rest prior to the championship race, so below is the schedule for the next two weeks.
Our Dual meet this week will be a hard effort. We are going to race this and the goal is that everyone runs faster on Wednesday than they did at the first race we had at Westview.
Monday – 10/20 – Hard workout day – Bring spikes and racing shoes
Tuesday 10/21 – Pre-race day
Wednesday 10/22 – Dual meet @ Westview, Bus at 2pm Races at 4pm for V/JV Girls, 4:30pm Varsity Boys, 4:50 JV Boys. We are racing this meet
Thursday 10/23 – Recovery Run day plus core
Friday – 10/24 – longer group run
SATURDAY 10/25 – HARED WORKOUT DAY. This is our last hard workout before metro. Meet at 8:30am – @ THPRD walker road. We are working out on the Metro champs course
Sunday 10/26 – Rest day
Monday 10/27 – easy run day plus core
Tuesday – 10/28 – Pre-race day. Post practice at 6pm – Team dinner at the Beaverton Food Carts
Wednesday 10/29 – METRO CHAMPS
Thursday – 10/30 – Group run & gear return
Friday – 10/31 – Gear return
