Official practice starts on Monday!!
We meet at 4pm Monday to Friday and we will also have some Saturday morning practices. We will meet at the track each day. If you are hurt and working with the trainer (Ashley) on rehab, I expect you to still attend the start of each practice as we have a small team meeting before we workout/run etc.
Paperwork must be turned in to the AD’s office so that you can practice on Monday. Do everything you can to make sure everything is complete before Monday.

https://www.athletic.net/team/216/cross-country/2025 we may remove the Nike Portland Meet from the schedule – we will see how our races are progressing. As every athlete will run at every meet – if you have a work commitment (or any other commitments) please inform them now what your race schedule looks like.
Finally – running is easier with other people. If you can, bring a friend along.
