Workout for 8/12/25

Please complete the following workout if you were not at this mornings practice.
-10-15 minute warm up
-Drills
-8 minutes at tempo pace (6-6.5 effort)
-2 minutes slow jog
-6 minutes at 5k pace (6.5-7 effort)
-2 minutes slow jog
-4 minutes at 5k goal pace (7-7.5 effort)
-2 minutes slow jog
-2 minutes hard (7.5-8 effort)
10-15 minute cool down
