UPDATE BHS- Cross Country- Week of 8/11/25

UPDATE* due to the heat Tuesdays practice will be at 9am. Please make sure you are adjusting your habits (eating and hydrating) to be successful for a morning practice.

Another great week of workouts from those who came to the practices last week. The fitness is starting to accumulate and it’s noticeable!
We are just two weeks away from the start of the official season, now is the time to start investing in yourselves. It is going to be warm these next few days make sure you are getting lots of both water and electrolytes.

This week:
Monday: 45-55 minutes easy running plus 4×100m strides
Tuesday: group workout at schiffler park 9AM
Wednesday: 40-55 minutes easy running
Thursday: group workout at BHS Track 5:30p
Friday: 25-45 minutes easy running plus 4×100m strides
Saturday: long run 60-85 minutes
Sunday: off
