BHS-Cross Country- week of 8/4/25

I hope everybody had a great week this past week and that you were able to keep consistent with running.
With practice being only a few weeks away please make sure you are caught up on your physicals!
This week we are back to our meet ups with the week looking like this:

Monday – 45 to 55 mins easy running plus 4X100m Strides
Tuesday – Group Workout – 5:30pm- Shiffler park
Wednesday – 40 to 55 mins easy running plus 4X100m Strides
Thursday – Group Workout – 5:30pm – Meet at the BHS Track
Friday – 0-35 minutes (if you have not had a rest day in a while it’s time for one. If you’ve had lots of rest days, time to start adding an extra day!
Saturday – Long Run – 55 to 80 mins depending on fitness
Sunday – Rest Day

I will see you all on Tuesday! Bring a friend (or sibling)
