BHS - XC Summer workouts - week 5

We will meet as a group twice this week – Tuesday and Thursday. On Tuesday, the team from Garmin will be with us so athletes can try out some of the Garmin watches.

Monday – 35 to 45 minutes easy running
Tuesday – Group workout – 5:30pm @ Shiffler park – Meet at the Erickson street side picnic shelter
Wednesday – 35 to 45 minutes easy running + plus some faster strides
Thursday – Hill workout – Meet at Firgrove park – https://www.thprd.org/parks-and-trails/detail/fir-grove-park @5:30pm
Friday Rest Day
Saturday – long run – 15 mins more than your longest run during the week (approx 45 to 65 mins)
Sunday – Rest day
