Monday – 35 to 45 mins easy PLUS 5 X 100m Strides
Tuesday – 35 to 45 mins easy PLUS some core work – planks, bridges, side planks
Wednesday – 35 to 45 mins easy PLUS 5 X 100m Strides
Thursday – 35 to 45 mins easy PLUS some core work – planks, bridges, side planks
Friday – Rest day
Saturday – Long Run – 55 to 65 minutes
Sunday – 20 mins relaxed recovery running.
We will start workouts in the week 4
