Another simple week of just gradually building up some volume. No workouts, no fast running, just easy and relaxed – leave the GPS at home!!

This week – run 2 days then take a day to cross train, run two days, cross train etc

Monday = 30 to 45 mins
Tuesday – 30 to 45 mins
Wednesday – Cross train
Thursday – 30 to 45 mins
Friday – 30 to 45 mins
Saturday – Cross train
Sunday – Rest day
