BHS - Winter Workouts - week of 2/24/25

This is our last week of winter workouts!!

We will workout at shiffler on Tuesday (5:30) and the School on Thursday (5:30) and then we will also have a group long run on Saturday morning.

The week ahead
Monday 45 to 65 minutes plus core work
Tuesday – Shiffler workout – 5:30pm
Wednesday – 45 to 65 minutes plus core work
Thursday – BHS Track – 5:30pm
Friday – Rest day
Saturday – Group run – 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday – rest day
