BHS _ winter Distance - week of 2/17/2025

Just two more weeks until the start of official practice!! Lets finish this winter block of workouts out strong and focus on attending each workout and long run. Starting in March we are meeting 5 days per week – lets get back on the habit now.

This week

Monday – 45 to 65 mins easy plus core work
Tuesday – Group work out – Shiffler Park – 5:30pm
Wednesday – 45 to 65 mins easy plus core work
Thursday – Group Workout – BHS Track – 5:30pm
Friday – Rest day
Saturday – Group long Run – 160th and Village lane
Sunday – 20 to 25 mins easy running
