BHS - Winter Distance - Week of 2/10/2025

We have three more weeks before the official practices start. If you have not been able to be consistent over the last few months, now is the time to make a commitment to get to every practice between now and the start of the season. This will see you start the season at a much higher fitness level and generally better prepared to tackle the harder workload.
This weeks schedule
Monday – 55 to 65 minutes plus core work
Tuesday – Group workout – Shiffler park – 5:30pm
Wednesday – 55 to 65 minutes plus core work
Thursday – Group workout – BHS Track – 5:30pm
Friday – Rest day
Saturday – Group long run – 160th and village lane – 8:30am
Sunday – Rest day
