These are the mail details

We will be at Sunset high school and will divide into groups of about 20- 25 per heat. The past couple of years we have had about 40-50 girls and 80-100 boys. We will ask kids to give an estimate of current fitness (you can help talk with them at practice this week based on winter workouts they have done).

Thanks to those who have sent numbers and times, but I think we will just do this process with those who show up. If you have not sent names and times don’t feel like you need to do that.
There can be no official timing and posting online. Let me know if you can’t make it, but your kids can and we will find someone to help time your kids.
No official transportation. You can’t show up with a school bus, needs to be kids driving on their own.
No official uniforms. Club uniforms or let the kids wear something fun.
We WILL be reading off split times
There will be NO official entries, NO official results… we ask that you refrain from putting any results together on your own into athletic.net

11:30 Girls Check in (we will create exact cut offs for heats at this point)
12:30pm GIRLS HEAT 1
12:45pm GIRLS HEAT 2 (faster heat)
12:00 Boys Check in (we will create exact cut offs for heats at this point)
1:00pm BOYS HEAT 1
1:15pm BOYS HEAT 2
1:30pm BOYS HEAT 3
1:45pm BOYS HEAT 4 (fastest heat)
