Schedule for spring break.

Hard workout/group workout days will be Tuesday and Thursday. Meet at the school at 3pm. All other running can done on your own or in small groups at a time you schedule

Monday – Easy run. 45 to 55 minutes plus core workout.
Tuesday – Group workout day. 3pm BHS track
Wednesday – Recovery run day 35 to 45 minutes
Thursday – Group workout day. 3pm BHS Track
Friday – Easy run. 45 to 55 minutes plus core workout.
Saturday – Long Run day. 65 to 80 mins very easy.

If you are unable to make the group workout days, the workout is attached to this message.
