BHS - Distance - Week of 3/4/24

In a perfect world, we will always have ample recovery time between workouts. The spring track season is not part of a perfect world – if you look at the schedule we have a lot of weeks where we have meets on Wednesdays and then again on a Friday or the weekend. This effectively will mean that we will have a hard effort every other day! So this week we will workout on Tuesday and Thursday and do some faster reps at the end of the group run on Monday and Friday.

We will be on the track Thursday, and Tuesday we will be off the track to start with so please bring whichever shoes you feel you will need. Layer up as well as the week looks pretty chilly.
