One more week of pre-season running and workouts. Stay consistent this week. Consistency is key to a great season. We can all do one off great workouts – workouts where we hit every target, and every target feels too easy to hit, where we walk away thinking you can repeat that workout over and over, but if we are not CONSISTENT throughout the week with the additional running, good sleep, good hydration, great fueling, then the workouts are somewhat worthless!! Make sure you hit all the workouts this week, get the recovery day running done and lets get ready for a great spring season.

This week
Monday – 50 to 55 mins easy running plus strides
Tuesday – Group workout – Shiffler Park 5:30pm
Wednesday – Recovery run – 35 to 45 mins
Thursday – Track day – 5:30pm
Friday – 50 to 55 mins easy running plus strides
Saturday – group long run – 8:30am 160th and Village lane
Sunday – Rest day

Monday February 26th – Official start of track season
