Just two more weeks until we start the official season. Make sure you have all signed up on Parent View for the spring track season.

As we have two weeks of the winter season remaining we are going to spend the next two weeks at a little higher volume in the workouts. What you all need to be over the next two weeks is CONSISTENT!! Attending all the workouts, and doing all the running in between!!

This week
Monday – 45 to 60 mins easy running followed by strides
Tuesday – Group workout – Shiffler Park 5:30pm
Wednesday – Recovery run – 35 to 55 mins
Thursday – Track Workout – 5:30pm
Friday – Easy Run 35 to 55 mins
Saturday – Group long run 8;30am 160th and Village lane
