BHS - Winter Distance workouts week of 2/5/2024

Some very encouraging time trial performances yesterday. It was just a test of where we are, a measure of fitness and it tells me we are on the right path for a very successful spring track season.

The week
Monday – 45 to 55 mins easy running plus 4×150m strides/sprints – add in some core work as well
Tuesday – Shiffler park workout. 5:30pm
Wednesday – 45 to 55 mins easy running plus 4×150m strides/sprints – plus some core work
Thursday – track workout. 5:30pm
Friday – easy 30 mins running
Saturday – Long Run – organize together a run. UW indoor meet
Sunday – rest day – UW indoor meet
