The Sherwood High school 3000m time trial is this Saturday afternoon. The heats will be set up at 12:30. You must be at the school for the seeding meeting at 12:30 so plan to be on site at 12:15. Parking is above the stadium – drive around back to the parking above the stadium. This is an unofficial event and just a test of fitness. You can not wear school uniform, times are unofficial and will not be posted to athletic.net

12:30 – 12:45 Meet on the turf to divide groups into heats so the kids know their starting time and can plan their warm up.

1:45pm GIRLS HEAT 1
2:00pm GIRLS HEAT 2 (faster heat)

2:15pm BOYS HEAT 1
2:30pm BOYS HEAT 2
2:45pm BOYS HEAT 3
3:00pm BOYS HEAT 4 (fastest heat)
