Wildwood is committed to guide, empower, connect and educate young female bodied athletes and their coaches. We host camps, clinics and workshops to help athletes and coaches empower the female journey.

On February 25th we are hosting a workshop for female bodied athletes. The workshop will educate girls in sports to navigate their own unique journey. Girls have an athletic journey different than boys. This workshop is here to support that. The 3 hour workshop will include guest presentations on:
Nutrition with Registered Dietician Heidi Strickler
Mental Health in Sport with Mindset Coach Tammy Bennett
Athletic Identity with USWNT Hall of Famer Shannon Boxx
Navigating Puberty with Wildwood Co-founders Marie Davis Markham and Robyn McGillis
Girls will have time to learn, reflect and discuss with other athletes who are navigating the same awesome world of sports.

Date: Sunday, February 25th, 10am – 1pm
Location: 49 S. Porter Street, Room 310. Parking lot on property
Ages: Middle School, High School & College age athletes.
