BHS - Winter Distance workouts week of 1/29/2024

This week there is the Sherwood time trial on Saturday afternoon. This is a 3000m and i do advise that as many of you as possible run this to test out where your fitness is as we enter the final month of winter workouts. Yes, the outdoor season starts in 4 weeks time!

The week
Monday – 45 to 55 mins easy running plus 4×150m strides/sprints – add in some core work as well
Tuesday – Shiffler park workout. 5:30pm
Wednesday – 45 to 55 mins easy running plus 4×150m strides/sprints – plus some core work
Thursday – track workout. 5:30pm
Friday – easy 30 mins running
Saturday – Sherwood time trial or long run
Sunday rest day
