BHS - Distance - Week of 1/22/24

I am out of town this week and so Amanda and Lane will be taking charge of workout plans for this week. Hopefully the snow and ice has cleared enough for practice to take place without risk.

This week:

Monday – 45 to 60 minutes easy running
Tuesday – Group workout – Shiffler park @ 5:30pm
Wednesday – Recovery run – 45 mins
Thursday – Group workout – Track @ 5:30pm
Friday – Recovery run – 45 mins
Saturday – Group long run 70 to 75 minutes – 8:30am
Sunday – Rest day
